24 hour community mall with an uplifting, elegant atmosphere
Originally a small retail project was built on Phetkasem 69. The mini mall was struggling to attract the customers when the owners contacted Contour. Contour recommended a massive expansion, with a completely new concept, design and brand.
During the discovery phase, research showed that although the area had numerous hypermarkets, people felt that there was a lack of higher-end retail centres. Contour designed a mall that gave the local people an uplifting, elegant experience without a price tag that was out of reach. The whole concept was given a feminine touch from the branding and marketing to the landscaping. Throughout the whole area, tree were planted to give spectacular coloured blossom at different times of the year.
The plot for the project was fortunate to have a very wide road frontage which enabled Contour to include two drive-thrus giving a constant stream of customer 24 hours of the day. In addition to the Starbucks and McDonalds drive-thrus, Contour also attracted other renowned brands like Foodland and Tom N Toms suggesting the open 24 hours to cater for the all-day customers research had identified.
