Why Contour is the client’s first choice? 

This project is our clients first time creating a new resort business. They required expert advice on planning the hotel strategy from Februar Image, the hospitality architecture expert within Contour Group.  

Challenges on this project

Two challenges were met on this project. Firstly, there was a requirement for a strategy from scratch so solid research discovery was used to establish the perfect business model. Secondly, the physical aspects of the site were not ideal.  The site was located up on a cliff away from the beach and was relatively small. This needed careful planning to maximize its attributes.  

Project highlight

Using the site’s weakness as its strength, This Hotel became the resort on the cliff with vast horizon sea views and mountain views.
